Dr. Sarita Shah was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area with her parents and younger brother. She was married in April 2004, after which she relocated to the Dallas Metroplex. Dr. Shah graduated from University of the Pacific College of Dentistry in 1996, and obtained her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry from University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Shah has 8 years experience practicing dentistry for children, and is certified in Basic and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She has received extensive training in oral sedation and hospital dentistry. In addition, Dr. Shah is a part-time faculty member at Baylor College of Dentistry. In her spare time she enjoys Middle Eastern and Indian dance, and cooking.
